Cadence ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Cadence lifecycle marketing platform for Shopify merchants. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our website (rightcadence.com), Shopify application, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

2. Information We Collect

Information from Shopify Merchants

When you install and use the Cadence Shopify app, we collect store information, order data, customer data, product data, and encrypted integration credentials for connected platforms (Klaviyo, Recharge, Attentive, Postscript, Omnisend, Skio, Loop).

Information from Website Visitors

When you visit rightcadence.com, we may collect usage data (pages visited, browser type) and contact information when you submit a demo request.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide lifecycle marketing intelligence and prediction services
• Trigger marketing events in connected platforms
• Generate one-tap reorder carts and on-site nudges
• Provide revenue attribution and analytics
• Improve and maintain the Services
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information with connected platforms you configure, infrastructure providers (Amazon Web Services), and Shopify as required for app operation.

5. Data Retention

We retain data for the duration of your subscription. Upon app uninstall, Shopify sends a shop/redact webhook 48 hours later, at which point we delete all store data.

6. Your Rights

7. Security

We encrypt integration credentials at rest, use TLS for data in transit, and restrict production access to authorized personnel.
